Architects take the idea, put it on paper in detail, and specify all of the components that will make the project successful. After this, you advise the client on the builder and subcontractors that will make the dream come alive. Your role as Trusted Advisor to the client is key to the project being an overwhelming success. You, the Architect, need to be able to rely on Trusted Advisors to execute their portion of the project to your specifications and at the highest level for the client.
