Unico, Inc. manufactures the finest heating and cooling product available and is proud to offer the following Warranty program:

One Year:  Our standard warranty on all Unico System parts and pieces is one full year from the date of installation.
 
Five Year:  Unico, Inc. allows you, the installing contractor, to extend our standard one year warranty for an additional four years. In order to qualify, you must be pre-approved by Unico Sales to extend the warranty, have completed a Unico Contractor Product Training course, and the job must be registered in Unico's warranty database. The four year extension is applicable only to The Unico System serial numbered products. Five year warranty does not apply to the UniChiller product line.
