Contest Terms and Conditions

No purchase is required for initial registration, which provides all registrants one (1) entry into
all contests. After initial registration, additional entries result only when Unico product is
purchased as defined in the Contest Rules as stated, and complete information is provided to
result in additional entries. Contracting Companies may only register with one contact
representative name or any single business address location, and different contestant contact
names must be provided or each business location if multiple locations are registered. All
awards will be made in the name of the Contracting Company, at the business address
location provided in the registration. Any change of address, contact name or other information
related to a specific registration is the responsibility of the registrant. Unico reserves the right to
authenticate entries and to disallow any entry deemed not to be in compliance with the
specifics of the program as well as the intent of the program. At the sole discretion of Unico,
contestants may be added to any Unico mailing, newsletter, electronic newsletter or similar
correspondence, however full rights to subsequently cancel of these materials will be offered to
contestants each time such information is supplied. Unico agrees it will not sell, provide or
otherwise distribute the information or names of registrants to any third party without the
express written permission of the registrant in advance. All awards will be chosen at random
and other than the being based on the number of entries which occur as a result of various
actions taken as defined in the Contest Rules, no single contestant shall have a greater or
lesser opportunity than others to be awarded a prize. Each winner agrees to allow Unico to use
their likeness and company name etc. in advertising designed to support the Winners Circle
program and any other use deemed appropriate by Unico Inc.
